Justin Mihaly built Team Mihaly into one of the top online fitness coaching brands in the world. His track record speaks for itself: 123 coaches helped to their first $20K month, a 2.09% churn rate that is best in class, and operators averaging $3,834 per week at entry level and $14,682 per week inside the Mastermind. He has spent over a decade working with elite athletes and complex functional health cases that conventional medicine could not solve.
Justin did not build ECA to sell a course. He built it because he kept seeing the same pattern in the coaches he mentored: exceptional practitioners with no business foundation. They were not losing because of their coaching ability. They were losing because no one had ever taught them how to run a business.
ECA is the operating system he wished existed when he was scaling Team Mihaly. Every framework, every system, and every curriculum module inside ECA has been tested and refined through real client results. Justin leads live calls with every active cohort and remains directly involved in the program at every level.
He is also the architect behind the NASM-certified functional health curriculum inside ECA, which expands what coaches can deliver and charge for by moving their practice into the high-ticket functional health and optimization space.

Kenya is an ECA mentor and coach whose work sits at the intersection of identity and business. While most coaching programs focus exclusively on tactics, Kenya brings the inner work that makes those tactics stick. Her core strength is guiding coaches to step into their highest self, because she knows that sustained business growth starts with who you are, not just what you do.
She integrates identity development alongside the tactical side of ECA, weaving leadership and self-concept work into the sales, content, and marketing frameworks clients are building. The result is operators who not only know the plays but have the conviction to execute them at a high level.
Kenya has known Justin for over six years. What started as a virtual friendship grew into a close personal and professional relationship after they met in Austin. She joined ECA because the mission resonated deeply: empowering those who empower others. The coaches inside ECA are helping people heal and thrive, and Kenya is here to make sure those coaches are operating from their full capacity.
Her philosophy is direct: success comes from active participation, authenticity, and continuous evolution. The human connection coaches cultivate with their clients is their most potent asset, and Kenya's role is to make sure ECA operators never lose sight of that.
Lindsay Perry is the Director of Education at ECA, overseeing the Level 1 Health Coaching Program and the Level 2 Bio-Performance Practitioner Program. Her background in biomedical science and cardiac electrophysiology gives her a systems-level understanding of the body that most coaches never develop. She spent years in the medical device industry and medical device sales before founding and running Elite Functional Health for two years.
At ECA, Lindsay bridges the gap between understanding how the body works and practical, everyday application. She works directly with mentees on their client cases, answers questions in real time, and leads weekly case studies. Her mission is to equip every coach with the confidence that they can help truly anyone by mastering the core pillars of health: diet, lifestyle, sleep, and daily movement, applied in the right order through the MARCH method.
Her path to ECA began through one-on-one mentorship with Justin, focused on functional health lab work, peptides, and advanced protocols. As they worked together, it became clear that Lindsay's depth of knowledge and commitment to client outcomes made her the right person to lead ECA's education division. She joined as Director of Education and has not looked back since.
Lindsay believes health is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and neither is coaching. Her goal is to cut through the noise of social media and give ECA operators the science-backed clarity to build strategies that actually work for their clients.

Jake Pastick is the Vice President of Operations at ECA, responsible for ensuring that every client inside the program receives a world-class experience from day one through graduation. He oversees the Client Success, Sales, and Education teams, keeping every department aligned and every operator supported. His focus is on building the infrastructure that allows ECA to deliver consistent, high-quality results at scale.
Jake pivoted his corporate career in F500 Marketing, Tech, and Private Equity to Internet Entrepreneurship. In the last 6 years, he has created and scaled offers from $0 to 8 figures, and consulted for 9 and 10 figure companies across a number of different industries.
Jake's operational philosophy is that a great program should feel effortless for the client. Behind the scenes, that means building systems that are clear, repeatable, and resilient. He believes the best organizations run because of structure, not in spite of it, and he applies that standard to every process inside ECA. When clients are progressing, when questions get answered quickly, and when the program delivers what it promises, that is Jake's work in action.
Jake is committed to the long-term success of every operator inside ECA. He measures his own performance by the results his team produces and the experience clients have throughout the program. His goal is simple: make ECA the most well-run, most results-driven coaching program in the industry, and give every client the support infrastructure they need to win.
Kevan Reece is the Creative Director at ECA, responsible for the visual identity, daily content production, and strategic storytelling that fills pipelines with high-intent leads. With over 15 years of photography and 10 years of video production experience, he has worked with NBA and NFL players, Grammy Award-winning recording artists, and built content infrastructures for massive events like Ohio Basketball's Run for the Roses—the world's largest basketball tournament.
Before joining ECA, Kevan navigated Colorado's highly regulated cannabis market, leading marketing teams for brands like Veritas and Olio. He drove the statewide launch of Cookies, achieving 12 consecutive weeks of sellouts. That experience in a restrictive environment taught him how to build resilient brands that don't rely on fleeting trends, but on lasting storytelling, brand notoriety, and genuine connection.
Kevan's philosophy on capturing attention is rooted in understanding that attention is a privilege, not a right. He believes the best content requires balance—clarity over complexity, substance over decoration. He delivers weekly masterclasses on the psychology of content creation and the AI era, teaching ECA coaches how to turn attention into cash and leave every day better than the last.
At ECA, Kevan produces high-impact daily content across all social platforms, manages podcast production, and delivers exclusive masterclasses to the community. His mission is clear: every brand must be a creator, and he's here to help ECA coaches develop the creative infrastructure they need to dominate their market.

Courtney Mitchell is the Senior Client Success Manager at ECA and the founder of CourtFit Coaching. She joined ECA as an operator in April 2025, just weeks after leaving a stable corporate career to bet on herself and build a coaching business from the ground up. About two months into the program, she came on as a Client Success Manager, bringing firsthand operator experience to every interaction with ECA members.
Courtney provides same-day support through the operator support chat channel, Monday through Friday. Whether you have a question, hit a wall, or need someone to help you figure out the next move, she is there. Her response time and availability are not an accident. She knows how disorienting it can feel to be building something new, and she is committed to making sure no operator ever sits in uncertainty longer than necessary.
One of Courtney's core responsibilities is building out full Whop coaching platforms for operators from scratch. That means a professional, fully branded, all-in-one home base for your coaching business where you can host your community, build courses, share resources, manage announcements, take payments, and deliver a world-class client experience. She handles the build so you can stay focused on coaching and growing.
Her mission is simple: hold you accountable to doing the actual work and be your biggest cheerleader every step of the way. She celebrates your wins like they are her own, because she has lived the same leap of faith you are taking. The coaches she works with are leaving full-time jobs, hitting 10K, 20K, and 30K-plus months, and building something real. Courtney is here to make sure you never walk that road alone.
